When you register for the challenge, Wayne Salter will custom create your nutrition program using our proprietary direct macro nutrition system that makes is super easy to know exactly what and how much to eat to lose weight.
✅ ADVANCED CARB CYCLING PROTOCOL
A lot of diets work initially and then they stall out! Not with our carb cycling protocol. That is because, with our carb cycling protocol, your metabolism will never have a chance to adapt. We will "cycle" low-carb days, moderate-carb days, and high-carb days. Besides the results, a lot of clients like this because the various days allow them to eat their favorite foods and still lose weight.

When you sign up for the challenge you will be assigned one of our amazing coaches who will work with you 1-on-1 to hold you accountable, keep you motivated, and have you feeling supported every step of the way.
Every single week you will be required to submit a progress report to your coach and each week your coach will respond to your progress report with coaching and will make adjustments to your plan as needed to optimize your results during the 8 weeks with us.
